• What makes the HEJ Crispy Protein Bars special?

  The HEJ Crispy Protein Bars are outrageously delicious and stand for genuine flavor without compromise. And depending on the variety, they are even vegetarian or vegan.

• What’s new about the HEJ Crispies?

  The recipe has been revised to improve taste and texture. It was important to us to keep the best parts of our popular Crispy bars and make them even better. Our new bars have 50% more filling cream than the previous Crispy, an even softer texture, and the same strong focus on quality as always – only now even tastier!

• Are the protein bars gluten-free?

  Our HEJ Crispy Protein Bars do not contain gluten ingredients; however, traces of gluten may be present due to the manufacturing process.

• Why don’t the HEJ Crispy Protein Bars contain added sugar?

  Because mindful enjoyment is our top priority! The HEJ Crispy Protein Bars are sweetened exclusively with stevia and maltitol – no added sugar, no sucralose, no aspartame. Naturally, the bars may contain small amounts of sugar that come, for example, from fruit.

• Why do you avoid using collagen?

  We believe in better alternatives. Collagen is usually derived from animal sources and has no direct effect on muscle growth, as it contains very few essential amino acids that are important for muscle protein synthesis. That’s why we consciously choose to leave it out – for more quality, more transparency, and more people who can enjoy our bars.

• What are natural flavors?

  Natural flavors are derived from natural raw materials using physical, enzymatic, or microbiological processes. In contrast, artificial flavors are entirely chemically produced in laboratories and do not occur naturally. We firmly believe that great taste is possible without artificial flavors.
